How do you drink your spearmint tea? Hello cysters, I have read in a lot of places on the Internet how spearmint tea can help with excessive hair (one of my main problems) and maybe even help with hair loss (another problem) so I am very keen to give this a go, however, there is only one problem – I HATE TEA! Regardless of this, I thought let me give it a go so I managed to buy a packet of spearmint tea leaves from a company online and was really excited when it finally arrived. I read the instructions and did exactly what it said – steeped 1 tsp of spearmint tea in a mug of hot water for 10 mins – but when it came to drinking it I just couldn’t. I didn’t like the taste and felt like I was drinking muddy water! I was wondering if anyone has a special way of making spearmint tea to give it more flavour, etc? One of my friends suggested adding some honey, and I also read on the Internet that someone likes to mix spearmint tea with raspberry leaves, peppermint and chamomile flower heads to add flavour. Anyone got any other good ideas on how to make spearmint tea? Any help would be much appreciated…
