My eating plans have kind of slowly evolved over time as my goals have changed. I started with the IR diet to help me lose weight and get a bit healthier. When I started exercising a lot, I switched to the diet plan in Body for Life. As I got more serious about athletics, I switched over to Precision Nutrition (great, great resource for supporting athletic performance through nutrition... see my signature for a link).

Now that I'm trying to go from a reasonably fit CrossFitter to a more elite-level of performance, I'm now going full tilt into the CrossFit-promoted eating strategies of paleo/primal food choices with Zone portion control (which, oddly enough still fits within the Precision Nutrition guidelines and strategies). I've seen what a paleo-Zone plan can do for improved athletic performance (I've had a few friends switch and then start seriously kicking my butt in workouts) so I'm excited to see what it will do for me!

Edited to add:
I'm tracking my nutrition and workouts on my BodyBlog if you're interested in seeing what my meal plans look like.
