Yes, the reason your blood would be like that is because of the Baby Aspirin. It prevents clots, anbd without clots your blood moves more freely, such as with the blood draw and the nose bleed.
Have you discussed taking BA with your doctor? It should always be dicussed with your doctor prior to starting a BA regime. In some woman it can do more harm than good, it's all a matter of whether you need it or not. It may be a minor anti-clotting agent, but it can be powerful if you don't need it. Which is why I am a little concerned for you, a nose bleed from taking it can't be good.
Some doctors do tell woman to take it though, but that's usually after several unexplained losses or because they did test positive for a clotting disorder. -My sister takes it in pregnancy, along with Heparin shots, because she has a clotting disorder. -And I take it because I have two losses, and repeat loss testing gave me no answers.
If you do end up stopping it, you'll need to slowly stop, by taking it every other day until you wean yourself off it. If you stop too suddenly it can cause health problems.
