It can be harmful because if your blood doesn't clot properly you can get internal bleeding easily, you could start bleeding and not be able to stop... it can definitely be dangerous. There's a reason that woman who are on it in pregnancy have to stop taking it two weeks before labor... because they can bleed out. It might be a "small" dose, but it thins your blood and prevents clotting. And that can be extremely dangerous.

I'm not trying to scare you, or anything like that. I am just genuinely concerned about you taking it, mostly because of the nose bleed. I'm worried that if it did that in just two weeks... it really may be too much for you. Maybe if you cut it down to just every other day, or something, it wouldn't be as strong on your body...
