Hmm. Good info Rachael. Never looked into the HA. Maybe I'll have to do so. Be glad you can't lose, but mostly gain weight!

I'm sure there are very few of you out there. I CAN definitely gain, but I work hard at staying the same (even though I've gained to where I am recently). The walking on a daily basis is a HUGE help I'm sure. Exercise is SO big when it comes to weight maintenance/loss.
