You also have to watch for stomache issues, apirin is very hard on your stomache. My mom was told to take a baby aspirin everyday because of her health issues. (she's in her 70's) anyways, she ended up getting ulcers (most likely not caused by the aspirn but they irritated the issue). She ended up in the hospital severly anemic, in congestive heart failure (due to the anemia) all due to a bleeding ulcer. As noted above, the apirin didn't allow her blood to clot appropriately and aggrevated the whole situation.
