Hey everyone! Just wanted to post my idea I have stumbled across that seems to work for me. Nothing else has changed as far as meds or face wash goes, so I can only assume it is the shampoo.
I know that Tea tree oil shampoo has an anti bacterial property to it, so one day in the shower when i ran out of my regular stuff....which was proactiv, I thought what the hay!
I started using the shampoo as a face wash morning and night. Careful not to get it in your eyes, but voila, I have been basically acne free since!! My skin looks much better. The only pimple I did get, was right before AF. I used to get at least 10 before af, these last months, none or just one!!!!
I have been doing this now for 2 mths, so far so good! Hope it works for someone else too!
