I was taking DCI from another maker d-chiro-inositol.com, for like a month and a half. I was lucky enough to conceive and have a baby naturally but after birth and while breastfeeding my symptoms started to come back and I also was ready to start trying for #2. So, I started taking DCI and was able to bring my cycle back with it. Then I stopped taking it and my cycle got weird. So I've been making the muffins. I think they are helping me ovulate, but I have to eat three to get enough DCI and they are not helping me lose any weight. So I went ahead and order the pills chiralbalance and I'm hoping it continues to help.
I'm wondering if any of you taking DCI have noticed improvement with the some of the undesirable PCOS symptoms, if so what improvements did you have?
