Tea for Two: Up to 150 lbs you take 600mg (1 capsule from chiral balance)/day over 150 lbs 1200mg/day. I don't remember reading anywhere take with or without but I have to take mine with food because they seem to get stuck if I don't follow them with something solid to push them down.
Things I have noticed: Skin is softer...way softer, pores are shrinking, facial hair growth slowed down, cravings have vanished...especially sweet cravings, more energy, depression not a problem anymore and sex drive improved.
