Me too. I have a body fat % around 20% at 5'5" and 130 lb (+/- 3 lb). I was Dx'd 16 years ago at 17 (b/c my mother had it as well) and confirmed now by 3 separate doctors. I have always excersized a lot except recently thru pregnancy (now a 1-year-old). But my weight is the same without the excersize and no diet (however I'm definitely not in the same shape!). Note, I have only used bcp for a short period of time ~7 years ago - I do gain weight on them! Also, both my mom and sister are obese PCOS, so I don't know why I'm different (lucky though!).
We conceived naturally very quickly (miracle!) and now that we're ttc #2 having some problems. Just found out that I never o'd on my 3rd cycle of clomid (1st 2 did at 50 mg). Recently came to this forum and since have been trying carob and soy lecitin (for DCI/pinitol) - for about 5 days. Just went to doc and thru u/s he said I either ovulated very recently (CD 37) or am still in anovulatory cycle (from lining thickness). Bloodwork due next week to definitively answer.
If dci/pinitol from food sources did produce ovulation, and going to continue ttc with supplementation only. If I didn't ovulate, doc with induce AF and on to clomid 100 mg.
