I took regular vitex (lorna vanderhaege kind) for seven months and only had AF three times. I did get AF on my first bottle of femaprin. If I don't take anything I regularly get AF every 5 months. So I might have just gotten lucky. It isn't going to start working instantly. It is recommended that it will take 6 month for your body to adjust to vitex. Just try to keep positive. My doctor gave me an ovulation tester to see if anything is going on this month. He doesn't believe in femaprin. So badly want to prove him wrong!! |
