Yes, use the shampoo. If you apply the oil to your face directly, it will be harder to rinse off, and of course be Oily, perhaps making the acne worse.

Up here in canada, it is available at drug stores and even supermarkets. You can buy it in bottles. It is usually marketed for lice treatment in kids up here. Rather than using chemicals.

thats my exact brand. So if you can get that one where you live, then you know its the same. If not than at least you can check the potency of the tree oil in this one.
