 Where to buy Flax Seed?
Can you buy it in the grocery store or do I have to go to a special store? I have never really checked into it, but on one of the weight loss shows I watch, it said to add it to your cereal in the morning. I have read a few articles on here about it, but not sure where to get it. I don't recall ever seeing it in the grocery store, but then again, I have never looked before. I want to buy the grounded flax seed, not the capsules. Also, what is the cost of it? I have no idea if it's expensive or not. |
