Otisol,
Just try to enjoy your pregnancy and you will have time to adjust to the idea of having a baby, it is a scary and wonderful thing...I have a 14 month old baby now and we are starting to try for #2 and my PCOS symptoms were at bay for the first 4 months or so postpartum. They started to slowly return even though I'm still breastfeeding, which is why I started DCI. Since it's a b vitamin the manufacteror told me it's safe for breatfeeding.
I got pregnant with baby #1 using vitex, saw palmetto, prog cream, inositol, clean organic veg, low sugar diet, and plenty of exercise and cleansing my body. But can't take some of the supplements I was on now...so I started the DCI.
I will say though that I no longer have any menstrual cramps which used to be debilitating for me! Everyone is different, but my preggo was easy. I felt amazing for most of it. I was really tired the 1st trimester, but otherwise my skin was it's best in years, less hirsutism, more lusturous head hair, and more energy after 1st trimester. I think all the preggo hormones really helped me a lot. |
