 Vitamin D Questions?!!
Hi again Ladies!
Again, i have been reading some articles on the net, and here on soulcysters, about the link that pcosers, may be vitamin d deficient!
now, i went to one GP, at my surgery, and asked, if i could be tested, to see if i have low vit d.......she said....why?..i have never tested anyone for that!..i told her about these new studies!...ans she replied, that she reads, all her medical journals, and updates, and she has not come across this news!
Can i buy this Vitamin d, over the counter, or does it have to be prescibed???
what dose should be taken??
what benfits, have you seen, since taking Vtamin d?
do you take any other supplements, with vit d?
