I've been taking Lexapro since January. Initially, I was super tired from it. Like pp stated, I began taking it at bedtime. I've been doing this ever since. It definitely helps me sleep among other things. After 2 weeks, I began to feel much better. Then I started to have more anxiety so my doctor upped my dose. Since then, I've been feeling great! It has actually given me energy to get through my day. Definitely give it some time but don't hesitate to call your doctor if the side effects continue or worse. GL to you.
