Default HRT supplements
Has anyone tried the over the counter HRT supplements that you can get ( http://www.swissherbal.ca/main.php?l...ucts-4-140)???

I have seen these and have most of the symptoms that they wold provide relief for... I am curious if anyone has tried these... I know they are for menopause symptoms, but I am no where near menopause and wondering if this supplement would help me out...
