well Dr upped my dose of met from 1000 a day to 2000 a day....was in the process of working up to the 1000 right now...I took 500 this morning for the first time and so I will see how my body responds to it....then if all goes well for a week, then its up to 2000...should I up it in 500 mg doses? anyone have any suggestions?
