Hello and welcome.
Thankyou for sharing your story.
I am sorry to hear u have endured so much, the only thing I can say to make you feel ok is things will get better with the right help and advice.
You say you have no insurance so I know it is difficult at the moment, so hopefully you will find yourself in a better situation soon. I am from Ireland so I do not know much about your health service, I just know it is very expensive for you.
I also have PCOS and endometriosis so I understand alot of what you say. I used to also have alot of trouble with UTI's, severe pain etc.
I suffered excruciating pain with the endometriosis, I will never forget it, but I am ok now and there is light at the end of the tunnel. Besides pain relief I took the contraceptive pill (back to back), i.e. no 7 day break for almost 4 yrs, and it did help.
There is help out there, it is just a matter of finding a good gyny, so I hope you find one very soon.
Take every step gradually, deal with one thing at a time, and try not to worry about everything at once. I always thought from what I heard and read that I would never have a baby, it was a journey but I got there in the end.
You will find some good advice here so stick around.
Best wishes!
