Red face Fiber One Bars

I love these bars, especially the oats and chocolate. They are great for a quick breakfast or a pick me up snack to hold you over between meals.

However, you must be careful to monitor how many you eat in one day! I found this out the hard way, I had one for breakfast and had some stashed in my desk for snacks. Well, an hour before lunch I had one to help keep my blood sugar up and then around 3 I had another to hold me over before dinner. I got the worst stomach ache! I will spare you the gory details, but I felt as if I would explode!!

I forgot how many I had eatten, if I would log my foods it would have helped! I learned my lesson about that, I make sure if I have one for breakfast, they are off limits for the rest of the day!
