 new and worried
so i was just told by my doctor on tuesday that i have pcos and i'm only 20, my doctore kept going on about putting me on birth control and such but i know that birth control can lessen your fertility anyway so i really don't want to go on it. i mean i'm not really trying to get pregnant right now but i want to in the next couple of years and with this stupid pcos its going to make it even harder. i'm just really depressed at the thought of not getting pregnant. any suggestions on how to improve the odds? |
