Welcome astara celeste. My experience has been a little different. I was DX in 1995 while in college. My then DR said " you have PCOS, here's BCP, you'll need help to conceive". He however, told me nothing about PCOS. I've got bad acne, I'm overweight and I've got the mood swings. I do not have the body hair issues. Currently, I'm trying to conceive #3. I'm on met (no bad SE for me) and I've lost some weight. I'm on Femara this time as well (last 2 times clomid). I agree with you about DRs not knowing much. You just have to find one who knows about or is interested in PCOS. I've been lucky and found good OB/GYNs who have been informed.

So sorry for you loses. I know it's hard. Soon, you'll get you BFP!

I know it is hard, but talk to your husband. He loves you and will understand. I too was shy about it at first with my DH. Now it is a part of us. It's not just you who is on this journey.

Again, welcome, we're here for you.
