Well, Im 16 and I've had some facial hair since I was about 13. My facial hair used to be very dark until my doctor put me on DepoProvera and that has lightened it a lot, but I still need to wax about every 2 months. But, I think a lot of women suffer from this, and not just women with PCOS.
