I'm sorry for your loss. I'm not sure if this is true or not either, but I've heard the same thing about being more fertile after a first pregnancy. I'm not sure if my experience was plain luck or something more, but I was able to conceive again eight months after my m/c. It probably seems like such a long time to a person who has had no trouble in the past, but the first time around it took 3.5 years! I hope that this myth does hold merit and that you are able, when you are ready, to become pregnant again. All the best.
