I am having a lap in just over a week to remove two 6cm cysts, one on each of my ovaries, so I can feel your anxiety completely! My RE said that any complication like that was quite rare though, very unlikely they would have to remove your ovary but they have to warn you....probably for liability's sake in the very unlikely event something horrible like that happened. Just like they have to warn you of all the 'worst case scenarios' before a surgery....side effects of the anaesthesia, etc.
It's all very cliché, but just try and focus on the positives. Hopefully they remove the cyst without complication, and you will be able to get back on the TTC wagon. I have heard lots of positive stories of women getting pregnant fairly quickly after a lap. Fingers crossed that we are both lucky like that!
I can imagine it must be difficult dealing with both diagnoses in the last month, I have known about my PCOS for some time but the endometriosis thing is pretty new to me too.
