We've been TTC since September 2007. Did four rounds of Clomid from October 2008 - January 2009, which is when they found the cysts and I've been on an involuntary break ever since. At first they thought they were physiologic cysts, but the last two ultrasound reports say endometriomas. Best case scenario they remove the cysts, my tubes and everything else are all clear, and we can start TTC again fairly soon, probably with the help of Clomid. Worst case scenario, we have to do IVF if there is scarring or other issues because of endo. There are actually a lot of 'worst case scenarios' other than that, but I'm trying not to go there

I am sure I will be feeling as nervous as you next week when it is my turn. I hope you manage to have a good sleep tonight. Did you have to do a fast before the surgery? How long have you been TTC?
