Default New to PCOS and TTC

Hi everyone,

I'm from the UK & I've just been diagnosed with PCOS. Well, I say diagnosed, I've found the health system where I live to be completely useless!

Anyway, I'm actually underweight rather than overweight, can anybody help me as to why I would be underweight with this?

Also, I started taking Clomid last month, from CD2-6. I then went for a scan and the nurse said had one large follicle on my right ovary (she couldn't find my left one?) and lots of cysts. She said she was doubtful to whether I would ovulate or not, but to try anyway. Oh and I had to take something to induce a period before I took the clomid because I hadn't had a period for 4 months.

So today on CD27, I wake up to what I think is AF... the main thing I want to ask is - does this mean I ovulated seeing as I'm having AF?

TIA

Em
