The second doctor told me that they could randomly apprear and disappear, but the first told me that the cysts were definatly abnormal. I don't have major, constant pains, but I do get occasional sharp pains on either side down there that last about 15-30 minutes. As long as they aren't a major health risk, I will just regard them as normal.
