I too have pcos and endo. I had a hysterectomy in October of 2007. It was an amazing recovery, and pain free.... until recently. And right now I can't tell you if it's adhesions or endo. I don't get a cycle to coordinate it, to say it's cyclic. But we're charting it, to see if there is a pattern. I do not take hormones, but i have both ovaries. I am older, 37 now. I had kids of my own, but still desire to adopt one day.
