IMHumbleO, I think its a good sign your having twingies  Any type of exercise help get your body to flow correctly, including your hormones. I should really do it myself more. I def think that could be a sign of something going on down there. But it may take some time. I know Ive had pain before like that, and it took nearly a month before I actually got my AF.
So I say, keep walking sister  I think I'll go for a walk myself today too!! | Yea I was really skeptical when the gyn told me walking would help reverse some of the symptoms, but it looks like she was right. Walking is so therapeutic. I notice that my stress levels aren't as high as they have been in the past. It's really good.
I've been walking everyday since April 6, 2009 so it's taken my body a little while to get back on track. I just hope my period comes soon.
