Sometimes a pregnancy will improve the ovaries' function because they are at rest during the pg, however short. So there is some logic to the statement, but pcos can rear its ugly head any time. I think it's best to hope for an easy second chance, regardless. I'm sorry about your loss, and I hope you get a sticky soon! My Ruby is the one I got to keep, thank goodness, and that name has become very special to me. I hope it serves your little one well. (((Hugs)))
