It's not a coincidence that the symptoms get worse or better with changes in weight and lifestyle, but the 'symptoms' are just that "outward signs" of an underlying problem. Just because symptoms come and go, doesn't mean the underlying problem does.

There are plenty of studies on the topic.

Of course there could always be more, but just this year so far, 284 studies have been published on pcos. That's close to 2 studies per day being published on pcos.

What would be great is if women with pcos, and doctors treating women with pcos read them. Some of them. ANY of them.
