an apple with pb would be enough for breakfast and something sweet.
also like low carb master yogurt from Kroger with granola. That or I use fresh blueb or straw.
also lenders ww bagels only have 30 carbs per whole bagel and 9 grams of protein with some cream cheese or pb it wouldn't be so bad. Though I prefer and egg with it. Keeps my head from swimming.
Homemade protein shakes can be made sweeter
Steel cut oats can be cooked and are lower gi with dried fruit or applesauce, cinnamon etc. I make them in a mini crockpot that way they are bubbling and creamy by morning for me.
