Hi, I'm not sure what spiro is, but I know that I was on nuvaring with no problems. I switched to Yazmin because I wanted to try it out and when I started having side effects, I stopped taking bc pills altogether. Suddenly, I lost A LOT of hair. Everytime I would shampoo I could grab handfuls out, same thing when I would brush it. And yes, my hairline was receding. My hair usually grows really fast but it wasn't growing at all during this time frame.
It took about 2 years, but it did start growing back. I even have new 'baby hairs' where my hairline was receding. I dont think I did anything different - it just grew back by itself. |
