Default What to eat the first day on met?
I am starting back Met FINALLY. I am so afraid of the side effects after what I have gone through with it before.
So, what would you suggest for me to eat the first day?

I know last time diet soda made me sick so I guess I have to stop that.
I am going to start with 500 mg at night before going to sleep.
