My doctor put me on wellbutrin for smoking cessation (back when I used to smoke). It had a really weird effect on my dreams. Every night I would have these really graphic bloody & violent nightmares with intense color saturation. I couldn't take the dreams so I quit taking the pills.
Since then, I was able to quit smoking cold turkey but that was my experience with wellbutrin.
