Cushings is very similar to PCOS and also has those symptoms. Having had Cushings myself, I can tell you the fatigue was one of the first symptoms to tell me something just wasn't right. Please read the links in my siggy for more info and if you think you might have it, definitely look for a doc that has Cushings knowledge - serious knowledge. Cuz they'll rule one or two blood tests out and that's just not right. Like PCOS and other issues, you need more than one or two tests to diagnose. Hang in there!
