i'm new to this and fighting the "carb" battle too... really you'll help yourself a lot of you just make sure the carbs you do have are whole grains. brown rice, whole wheat bread, whole wheat tortilla's (strangely good), and such. I wouldn't cut them out totaly, but from what i've read most sights recomend instead of 50% of your diet being carbs having it be just 40%. I've been just not having them with one meal. |
