I had to retrain my stomach to digest by eating huge bowls of oatmeal with nothing on it... horrible horrible... but of course after i started eating it again it all came back and then some.
If i could make it to 190 i'd be really happy, i'm around a 10-12 at that point, and i like to THINK i'd be a lot healthier. I don't think the 140ish that someone my size weighs is ever going to happen, i'll try, but you know, there is more to life then being skinny. |
I am hoping to get down to my post military weight. 150. Its going to take a while. I started gaining weight like crazy. Another symptom up the PCOS I guess.
The smallest I can possibly get down to is a size 9 lol. Yeah a size 9 at 105 lbs at age 17 was kind of funny. I really would love to be that again. I think I was still a size 9 at 135 ish to.
When I had the flu in april somehow I managed to gain weight. The same day I found out I had the flu my mom told me that they found a tumor on her thyroid.
Turned out to be nothing important. One month later and half a thyroid left they declared it was a part of her hashi moto's disease.
