If you have a high LH ratio you may not want to take the vitex as it increase LH. I am on metformin and a thin cyster. I tried clomid and ovulated in on it and even went to injectibles and didn't get pregnant. I had never ovulated on my own before the clomid. but after 2 weeks of taking metformin I ovulated on my own. I am currently taking 750 mg and thats all. I am supposed to work my way up to 2000. if you do decide to try metformin I suggest going up at 250mg at a time for me its way better than 500mg at a time. I also will be taking EPO for EWCM next cycle.
