I had to get go to a seminar, get a complete physical, consult with the nutritionist once per month when I weighed in, do a psych evaluation (and she almost didn't pass me strictly because I take Lexapro) then prior to surgery I had to have a barium swallow, cardiac clearance, a pap smear and lose 7.5% of my body all in 3 months. It was difficult, but it's doable. Good luck to you, don't get discouraged!!!
