i got mirena inserted on may 19th, and i ahvent relly had any probs, spotting after period and a little b4 but nothing ott so far so good but i notice 1st day of bleeding is light and i hate that as it hurts more than a heavy flow or mod flow. seem more motivated for exercise as well. |
