There are some up there that I have read that say yes indeed they eat cake and sweets. Its all in moderation. Nothing compared to what you used to eat but some is better than none. I was having those same anxieties. Shoot, having surgery doesn't make any of the craving dissappear so it was comforting to know that I'm not alone. |
