I have PCOS and I have never used a tampon in my whole life. BUT I do believe they are bad for you and who knows, they MIGHT be causing other problems. I don't think there is enough research yet to tell. I will say this, I have never had a yeast infection and I have never used tampons or douches. My SIL, however, uses both and she has a chronic yeast infection at ALL TIMES! |
