Time to take another look at the menu and the fitness. What you're doing is certainly a step in the absolute right and healthy direction. To get over into 'weight loss' territory, both the food and the fitness will need some tinkering.
Weight loss is about 'time under pressure' - just like turning coal into a diamond.
You're going to have to put some 'pressure' on your body to adapt and change. You'd be amazed at how quickly it will get fit.
