Well that's a different issue from this:

If the only difference is the side dishes, and snacks aren't a problem for you, it shouldn't be that big of a deal.

Make the same healthy main dish for the family (you have your smaller portion, and the guys eat their bigger portion), and then have a side dish for the guys (potatoes or rice, or whatever), and you have veggies. Keep things like frozen brown rice in the freezer so that if you want to have it for YOUR meal, you can quickly pop some in the microwave.
