I did the RYN June 23 2009. I am going based off of my list that the doct gave me. I did full liquids for two days after surgery, and now im on soft foods. IF this isn't right what type of foods should I be eating? Like today I had some canned beats for lunch, and breakfast yogert with 1/4 cup of chili.
