www.fitcysters.com and join in the bootcamp. I know for me, and a lot of other women with PCOS, diet is only half the equation.
What made the most difference for me was diet (quality foods+controlled portion sizes) + exercise (300 minutes a week of cardio+strength training) + quality sleep on a consistent sleep schedule=no more symptoms of PCOS and a healthy, fit body. It took a lot of baby steps to get there but it's totally do-able.
