I've had this book for about a month, and there are some really good recipes in it. I haven't been able to use it too much because I live with my parents when I'm not in school, and they eat completely different from the way I do. The information at the beginning before all of the recipes is very interesting and has made me more aware and watchful of the food that I eat. Most of the recipes make at least 6 servings, which makes it difficult to finish off when only 1 or 2 people are eating it. There are a lot of recipes for pasta, soups, and salads that don't include meat. I like the way that many different types of vegetables are included in each recipe. Most of the recipes that I've made so far have been pretty good, and I'm really looking forward to using this cookbook a lot more when I move into my apartment at school. |
