Actually, I wouldnt worry too much. A few years back, I was having issues with my PCOS and periods where I would bleed for months. What my GYN found was that because I was not having my Periods, my lining of my Uterus was super thick, so that was my body's way of getting rid of all the tissue. I had brown, red, pink, I had clumps, and even tiny dots of clumps. This lasted for a few months at a time, in which my GYN gave me provera so I would get my period and shed everything once and for all and start over. BTW, this also started after I started losing weight. You should see your GYN and see if they can do an ultrasound to see if your lining is thick. I wouldnt worry too much about Endo, yet, if your cramps arent too bad. (Id define excruciating cramps as needing alieve (2 pills) and another pill over two hours for pain, up to needing codiene to help take the edge off(my own opinion).
